Salary:

Spirit Hospice believes that a big heart is a superpower. Were looking for a Hospice Chaplain who can hold space for others with faith, grace, and maybe a little humor on the side.

What youll do:

• Walk alongside patients and families through some of lifes hardest but most meaningful moments.
• Help families navigate the messy parts.. grief, fear, and sometimes paperwork.
• Lead with compassion, advocate fiercely, and remind people that even in loss theres still love and dignity.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, social workers, aides, and volunteers in our interdisciplinary team (IDT), ensuring care is heart-centered.
• Offer spiritual guidance, and that grounding presence people remember long after the goodbye.

What you bring:

• at least 1 CPU
• Hospice, medical, or mental health experience (and if not hospice yet, a calling to it).
• A steady heart that can hold both tears and laughter in the same breath.
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
