Join Our Rental Team

We are hiring an Airport Rental Agent / Rental Sales Agent to join our growing team in Provo and American Fork, Utah . This is a customer-facing car rental, customer service, and sales position where you will help travelers with vehicle rentals, reservations, rental agreements, vehicle selection, returns, and optional products and services.

If you enjoy working with customers, sales, hospitality, travel, and fast-paced environments , this position provides an opportunity to build valuable customer service and sales experience while developing a career in the automotive and rental industry.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with car rentals, reservations, vehicle pickups, extensions, exchanges, and returns
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the rental experience
• Explain rental rates, vehicle options, protection products, upgrades, and additional services
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling
• Complete rental agreements, verify customer information, and process transactions accurately
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals and document existing damage or condition issues
• Help ensure vehicles are clean, inspected, fueled, and rental-ready
• Learn the features and benefits of our fleet so you can confidently assist customers with vehicle selection
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures for contracts, payments, vehicles, and customer information
• Communicate with coworkers and other departments to keep airport and branch rental operations running efficiently

• Able to recommend products and services and work toward sales goals
• Organized and attentive to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Able to handle customer concerns professionally
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a team
• Available to work weekends, including Sundays

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
• No more than two accidents/incidents within the previous three years
• Applicants under 21 must have a clean driving record
• Successful completion of required background check and drug screening
