Description

Auburn Village has immediate openings for only 2 Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at our facility in Auburn, Indiana.

Full Time DAYs (5a-5p) or Full-time NIGHTS (5p-5a)

Base Rates between $18 and $22 Depending on what benefits you select.

UP TO $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS PAID OUT AT $1.20 per hour!

$4/hour Shift Differential for Nights!

AND . . . MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT FOR ALL MILES OVER 20 MILES ROUND TRIP (Max 50 miles round trip)! AND . . . NOW OFFERING PAY ON DEMAND! GET PAID WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST! PLUS . . . ONCE HIRED, EARN REFERRAL BONUS IF WE HIRE THE PERSON YOU REFER!

Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Assist nurses by providing ADL services: bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, etc.
• Document vital signs, weight, meal intake, bowel and bladder, etc.
• Assist with Restorative Nursing duties
• Answer call lights promptly

Requirements

Requirements of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in the State of Indiana
• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• Must speak, read and write English
• Knowledge of JCAHO, OBRA, IDPH and HFS regulations
• Long-Term Care facility experience preferred
• Must have a good attendance record and longevity at previous jobs
• Basic computer skills
• Personable and professional
• Must maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding of older adults

Up To $27.20 per hour based on benefits/Shift
