Job Description Job Description Senior Litigation Paralegal Coral Gables, FL | Full-Time | In-Office Annesser Armenteros is a growing litigation firm handling complex commercial disputes. We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in high-level business litigation matters from inception through trial. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and can operate with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Manage litigation matters from pre-suit through trial and post-trial Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and correspondence Handle all phases of discovery, including document production, organization, and review Assist with trial preparation (exhibits, binders, witness coordination, trial logistics) Maintain case calendars and ensure all deadlines are met Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials What We’re Looking For 5 years of litigation paralegal experience (required) Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and e-filing systems Experience in trial preparation and full case lifecycle management Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume litigation environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office What You’ll Do Here You will be a key member of the litigation team, supporting attorneys through all stages of complex business disputes, including discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trial.
