Director/SD, Computational Biology Responsibilities Lead a team to formulate and implement bioinformatics and computational biology strategies, providing support for the discovery and development of mRNA therapeutics. Lead and guide a team in developing and optimizing predictive algorithms for tumor neoantigens, supporting personalized tumor vaccines and immunotherapy projects. Utilize advanced algorithms and tools to support mRNA sequence design and evaluation. Integrate and analyze multi-omics data to explore biological information to accelerate drug development. Collaborate closely with Platform and Therapeutic Areas, participate in the early research and development of nucleic acid drugs, assist in interpreting experimental data, and provide guidance on experimental design and optimization. Track cutting-edge technologies and research advancements in the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology, address key technical issues in the development of nucleic acid drugs, and drive continuous innovation and upgrading of the company's technological platform. Lead and mentor a team to grow and develop as scientists and as individuals. Other tasks assigned by superior. Qualifications Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field. 8 or more years of experience in computational biology within the biopharmaceutical field. Practical achievements or application experience in neoantigen prediction, immunogenicity assessment, or related algorithm development will be given priority. Has practical application experience in processing and analysis of Next Generation Sequencing data. Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R.
