Our partners drive a truck on an established route, delivering and selling uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products in an indoor/outdoor setting. Our Route Service Representatives enjoy Comprehensive 10‑week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority work a 4‑Day workweek Majority work no nights or weekends Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Skills / Qualifications Required Meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
