Multiple full-time opportunities are available across various grade levels, working on a contract basis in a school setting near Harvest, Alabama. This role spans the full academic year, with an ASAP start through May 28th, 2027. BCBA supervision is provided, and candidates should be ready for a dynamic assignment timeline as school needs may shift quickly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required (active or inactive—but not expired)
• Experience working with children or students in educational or behavioral settings preferred
• Adaptability and flexibility in daily assignments and work environments
• Commitment to a full-time schedule (35 hours per week); strictly no part-time availability
• Reliable attendance—punctuality to school hours is essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavioral intervention plans
• Provide direct support to students, collecting data and assisting with classroom management and individualized instruction
• Adapt techniques to meet the specific needs of students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Maintain accurate treatment records and comply with district policies
• Uphold confidentiality and ensure a positive, supportive learning environment
