The Paul Group is growing across Florida and is hiring Final Expense Insurance Sales Agents for a field-based role in Jacksonville Beach. This opportunity focuses on helping families in Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and surrounding areas secure affordable final expense life insurance coverage.
We welcome licensed agents as well as individuals willing to obtain a life insurance license. No prior experience is required. Full training, warm leads, and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities:
• ⁠Work warm, exclusive leads throughout Jacksonville Beach and surrounding areas
• ⁠Contact prospects and schedule appointments
• ⁠Conduct in-person meetings with families
• ⁠Present final expense insurance options
• ⁠Assist clients through the application process
• ⁠Stay engaged with training and team support

Qualifications:
• Must reside in Florida
• ⁠Strong communication and customer service skills
• ⁠Self-driven and goal-oriented
• ⁠Ability to work independently
• ⁠Reliable transportation required
• ⁠Life insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain

Compensation:
