Our organization is in search of an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician to provide locum tenens support to address an immediate need.
Opportunity Details & Requirements- Schedule: In-house call coverage; call only.
- Practice Setting: Inpatient obstetrics and gynecology.
- Types of Cases: Management of low- and high-risk pregnancies, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, breech and multiple births, complications during pregnancy, and significant gynecologic surgeries.
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days; expedited credentialing available.
- Electronic Medical Record System: Cerner.
- Certifications Required: Board Certified and Basic Life Support.
- Licensure Required: An active medical license in South Carolina is necessary at the time of application.
This facility is situated roughly 25 miles south of Charlotte, North Carolina, and about 70 miles north of Columbia. Rock Hill, South Carolina, is a mid-sized city often recognized as one of the "100 Best Communities for Young People." The area boasts three colleges, five museums, and 31 parks and recreational spaces, along with hosting events like the U.S. Disc Golf Championship and the U.S. Youth Soccer National Championships.
