- Schedule and coordinate healthcare appointments, maintaining accurate records of changes and follow-ups.
- Communicate with healthcare providers, nursing staff, pharmacies, and residential teams.
- Maintain medical records, eMAR documentation, PCP information, and compliance logs.
- Support medication management, reconciliation, and distribution processes.
- Assist with OHCQ/DDA and MBON compliance activities and clerical duties.
- Order medical supplies, manage inventory, and verify pharmacy deliveries.
- Attend healthcare appointments and PCP meetings as needed.
- Provide basic first aid, medication administration, and direct support to individuals served.
- Train staff on assistive technology and advocate for the health, rights, and dignity of individuals supported.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Maryland driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- CPR/First Aid, CMT, and Mandt certifications required within 90 days of hire.
- Must complete all required DDA and company training.
