Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your CDL and are ready to convert it into a long-term career. Seeking CDL school graduates to join an expanding Eastern fleet based in Buffalo, NY. A paid training program is available for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

Compensation and benefits

$1,600–$1,800+ weekly
Paid every Friday
Paid training for a full month

Typical assignment

Predictable regional routes operating from Buffalo, NY
Approximately 3,000 miles per week
No-touch dry van freight
Most loads are drop-and-hook
Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
No slip seating
24/7 dispatch support
Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

Paid training available to drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
Work with an experienced mentor
Emphasis on safety and practical on-road experience to build confidence

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
Satisfactory driving record
Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
Availability to start as soon as possible

Position based in Buffalo, NY, serving regional operations across the Eastern U.S.
