Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Special Education Teacher to join our educational team in Boydton, VA. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping students with diverse learning needs reach their academic, social, and personal goals in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with student needs and applicable regulations.

Provide engaging, differentiated instruction for students with disabilities.

Monitor student progress and adjust instruction and interventions as needed.

Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, counselors, related-service providers, and families.

Maintain accurate student records, documentation, and progress reports.

Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

Support students in developing academic, communication, social, and life skills.

Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, professional development, and school activities.

Maintain high expectations while providing appropriate accommodations and supports.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
