What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans. Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs. Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress. Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and members of our multidisciplinary clinical team. Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care. Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice. Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.
