It is preferred that applicants have experience in the area of coaching and hold a philosophy that encourages student athletes to learn and grow while competing as well as attain skills that will serve them lifelong. The coach in this position will be working alongside the Varsity girls coaching staff, as well as collaborating and working with the upcoming middle school program’s coach and student-athletes. The following certifications are required and a successful hire will be supported in pursuing: CPR, Implicit Biases, Foundations of Coaching, and Concussion in Sports training.
