Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor specialized procedures with accuracy and safety.

• Document all procedures and results in compliant, traceable records.

• Adhere to safety protocols and participate in regular safety trainings.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards applicable to procedures.

• Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure consistent performance.

• Analyze process data to identify improvements and optimize throughput.

• Manage task pipelines and track progress against targets and KPIs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.

• Identify, escalate, and resolve process bottlenecks promptly.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice sharing.

• Prepare and present concise status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Support onboarding and training for new team members in procedures.

Experience/Qualifications
