Residential Program Manager

A non profit organization is currently searching for a Program Manager to lead their residential substance use treatment program. This is a great opportunity to gain experience as a manager within a reputable organization. This role offers amazing benefits and provides clinical supervision if needed! Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Responsibilities of the Program Manager: Maintain compliance with DOH Licensing Regulations, reporting to the Director of Substance of Abuse Counseling Assist in managing Program budget Provide administrative supervision of program staff Benefits and Compensation for the Program Manager: Amazing Medical, Dental, Vision benefits package Retirement savings plan Very Generous PTO Requirements of the Program Manager: Must hold one of the following: CADC, LAC, LSW, LCSW, LCADC or LPC Experience with workforce readiness preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Remedy Recruitment
