Job Responsibilities:
The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This includes implementing and monitoring infection control protocols, providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN or LPN license
- Prior experience in a nursing leadership role
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
