Department 36102 Atrium Health Lincoln - Emergency Department Status Full time Benefits Eligible Yes Hours Per Week 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information Full-Time Nights 7p-7a Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30 Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department Where You Will Work Atrium Health Lincoln Emergency Department is a 25‑bed unit that provides 24‑hour emergency medical services to Lincoln County and surrounding communities. The unit handles a wide range of conditions, from broken bones and severe cuts to heart attacks and strokes, delivering high‑quality care to patients of all ages by a team of board‑certified emergency physicians. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program At least 6 months of RN experience (not for new graduates) Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire 1 year of Critical Care (ED or ICU) experience preferred What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice and clinical decision making while maintaining compassion and effective communication; lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
