Compensation

• Salary: Competitive pay structure, along with an annual performance bonus and regular salary increments.

Position Overview: Chief Anesthesiologist

The Chief Anesthesiologist will be responsible for delivering peri-operative anesthetic care and ensuring that our facility and programs consistently meet and exceed compliance standards. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency and privileges in all areas of Anesthesiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative care, including:
• Pre-operative assessments
• Intra-operative anesthetic administration
• Monitoring of post-anesthesia care in line with national accreditation standards
• Offer expert consultation and support to CRNAs, nursing staff, and other medical personnel involved in anesthesia administration.
• Handle administrative tasks related to patient care management, including:
• Completion of progress notes
• Outpatient reports
• Discharge summaries
• Provide feedback and education to patients and their families, demonstrating excellence in all aspects of patient care while adhering to compliance standards.
