About the Role: As a Certified Activity Director - LTC/SNF , you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a diverse range of activities that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. Your primary goal will be to promote resident engagement, interaction, and overall well‑being through a variety of recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address the unique needs of each resident, ensuring that our activities program aligns with their individual goals and preferences.
