Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• ACLS required
• BLS required from AHA only
• ACSM certification required
• 2+ years of experience required
• Vascular Sonography experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Shift days: Monday through Friday
• Weekend requirements: None
• On-call requirements: None
• Float requirements: No floating required
