What you'll be doing:

• Meet people, find out what they actually need, and help them get into the right Ford
• Work your leads and your appointments the same day, every day.
• Speed wins deals here
• Know your product cold: trims, towing, payload, powertrains, hybrids and what Ford does better than the other guy
• Deliver a clean, honest deal and a delivery the customer tells people about
• Follow up after the sale, ask for the referral, and build a book of repeat business
• Hit your monthly unit goal and your customer satisfaction scores
• Work with your sales manager and the finance office as one team

What you'll need:

• A track record of selling something and winning at it.
• Car experience helps, but we will train the right person from another sales background
• Self-discipline. The best people here run their own day
• Strong phone, text and email follow-up habits, and comfort with a CRM
• Honesty. We do not win deals by hiding the ball
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
