Benefits Company parties Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Wellness resources What You’ll Do Responsibilities Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the Perspire Sauna Studio Membership Set reservations and book follow-up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer all questions about services and the facility Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Must have the ability to be on your feet for 4-5 hour shifts, bend down frequently, and lift up to 20 lbs Hiring immediately Qualifications A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional guest service A consistently fantastic team-player attitude A verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability Hours & Compensation 20-35 hours per week; available nights and/or weekends is a must Pay rate: $16-$19 per hour (based on experience) plus commission Hiring immediately Notes This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
