ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 after completing the State Farm Agent Aspirant program and currently lead a close-knit team of four. I’m a proud Clemson University graduate, married, and a mom of three. State Farm has become a family affair for us - my daughter now works alongside me, and together we bring more than 50 years of combined agency knowledge and experience to our customers and team.

Being involved in our community is incredibly important to us. I’m active with the Junior League of Greenville and the Chamber of Commerce, and our agency proudly sponsors two local elementary schools. We also support the annual Switch golf tournament and Meals on Wheels golf tournament each year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Emily Buckingham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
