Trade & Transaction Reporting BA/PM (C1)

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Role Overview

Regulatory Reporting BA/PM with Trade & Transaction Reporting experience. Hire Type: External Hire Mode of Hire: Subcontractor hiring with hybrid model (Client office 2–3 days a week)

About the Role

As a senior consultant in the regulatory reporting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client projects. You will provide consulting, business analysis, and project management services to clients, supported by early-career analysts and experienced industry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). You will also guide less experienced team members and contribute to overall project delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to projects leveraging knowledge of trade and transaction reporting challenges
  • Apply experience in how firms address regulatory reporting issues
  • Support practice growth through knowledge sharing, marketing, and business development initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
Required Experience
  • Financial services consulting or change experience within financial services (investment banking, asset management, market infrastructure, or service providers)
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Project management (Waterfall & Agile)
    • Business analysis
    • Trade and transaction reporting (MiFID II, EMIR, CFTC, ASIC, MAS, and related regulatory updates)
    • Regulatory change
    • Operations transformation
    • Process reengineering
    • Technology transformation
    • Data and analytics
    • Controls
  • Strong understanding of capital markets and regulatory landscape
  • Experience in at least one asset class or functional domain
