Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) MedSurg is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and adherence to best clinical practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and response to treatment.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination/declination.
• Completion of required drug screening and background checks.
