Through consistency, efficiency, and passion for the Hospitality Industry, we curate a personalized experience for each guest by following our Core Values - create a memorable service for each other and guests alike.Key ResponsibilitiesWork in team-oriented, fast-paced, guest-centric environmentPartner with team members to serve food and beverages that exceed guests' expectationsCarry beverages on trayAccurately take food and beverage order, clear tables, reset tables, and polish glassware/silverware/flatwareProvide friendly, attentive, and efficient serviceDeliver wine service as detailed by ManagementCarry food to guests in a timely manner, speaking to the rule of threes upon deliveryFollow opening, running, and closing sidework responsibilitiesAbility to carry a minimum of 40 lbs. when neededGuide guests through menu while demonstrating memorization of food and beverage menusMemorize and comprehend allergens within menu to aid guests in deciding correct itemsMaintain cleanliness + sanitization of tables and work spaceRequirementsOpen availability a must: minimum of 3 days per week, including weekends and holidays, with flexibilityPassion for hospitality, guest engagement, and serving others1 - 2 years of full-service, high volume restaurant experience in a server positionAbility to articulate an appealing description of every item we offer.
