About the Role:
Trash Gremlin Disposal is looking for a motivated and hardworking Roll-Off Driver to join our growing team in Lakehills, TX! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping our community clean by delivering and picking up roll-off dumpsters for residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a roll-off truck to deliver, place, and retrieve dumpster containers at customer sites
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
• Navigate daily routes efficiently to meet customer delivery and pickup schedules
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site regarding container placement and service needs
• Maintain accurate logs, manifests, and delivery documentation
• Keep truck clean, fueled, and in proper working order; report maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Valid CDL (Class A or B) NOT required
• Previous roll-off, dump truck, or heavy equipment driving experience preferred
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Strong knowledge of local roads and service areas around Lakehills, TX
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
