The Job As an Engineer III, you will be a part of the team responsible for ensuring facility systems and structures are maintained and in working order. We are looking for a new team member who will take ownership of the preventative maintenance program to protect our beautiful hotel. Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile. Seek to work in a beautiful hotel where you constantly meet new people. Minimum of two years experience working with refrigeration system. Experience in systems evacuation compressors, retrofit and a C.F.C certificate. Capable of utilizing all tools and diagnostic procedures related to the repair process. Must possess very good interpersonal and communication skills; will be interfacing with a high percentage of guests as well as other staff members. The ability to listen, empathize, be helpful in all situations and make the most sound decisions toward the resolution of a potential problem. Must also possess strong human relations skills.
