WE ARE HIRING MULTIPLE TECHNICIANS FOR HURRICANE RECOVERY!

Hydradry, Inc., an established restoration and reconstruction company serving Florida since 1974, is urgently hiring multiple hardworking, dependable individuals to assist with post-hurricane cleanup, water damage mitigation, and disaster recovery efforts.

We are preparing to deploy crews to the Florida Panhandle and surrounding storm-affected areas , with potential mobilization beginning as early as this weekend and crews expected to travel north on Monday, October 12, or Tuesday, October 13, 2026 , depending on storm conditions and operational needs.

WE NEED PEOPLE WHO ARE READY TO WORK, READY TO TRAVEL, AND READY TO DEPLOY ON SHORT NOTICE!

Previous restoration experience is preferred, but we are also interested in individuals with construction, demolition, general labor, or disaster cleanup experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with emergency water extraction, flood cleanup, and structural drying.
• Remove damaged drywall, flooring, insulation, and other affected materials.
• Perform demolition, debris removal, and general property cleanup.
• Set up and relocate commercial drying equipment.
• Assist experienced restoration technicians and supervisors with mitigation projects.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and supplies.
• Follow all job-site safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Work extended hours, weekends, and potentially consecutive days during emergency response operations.
• Travel and remain out of town for the duration of assigned deployments.

Requirements

• MUST be available for immediate deployment and out-of-town travel.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work long hours.
• Must be physically capable of performing demanding labor in hot, humid, and challenging environments.
• Must be able to lift and carry equipment, perform demolition, and remain active throughout the workday.
• Must follow safety instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Must have reliable transportation to our Apopka reporting location.
• Restoration, mitigation, construction, demolition, or general labor experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• IICRC certifications are a plus but not required for all positions.

Deployment dates, locations, and assignment durations are subject to change based on weather conditions, accessibility, and operational requirements.
