TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesProvide first in class ticketing support to assigned premium clients during pre-Games, seat assignment, delivery and on-site phasesAllocate hospitality inventory to support sales proposals, observing the latest applicable sales rulesCollaborate with the wider Ticketing, Business Development, Product, Commercial Strategy and Sales teams to maximise sales and achieve revenue targetsAssist in the specification of internal ticket systems for the efficient and accurate allocation and tracking of ticketsEnsure that pricing and schedule information is kept up to date and that relevant teams are informed of changes that could impact operations and itinerariesProduce reports and maintain integrity of databases and manifests, as requiredFacilitate the delivery of digital tickets to clients through the designated official systems and toolsTrain and support additional junior staff, as requiredProvide training to client personnel on ticketing systems where necessaryBe proactive in identifying areas where support can be provided and processes might be improvedDemonstrate alignment with TKO values in the performance of all responsibilitiesOther ticketing duties, as necessary to support On Location's successful delivery of the Olympic & Paralympic Games projectsThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the employee's activities, duties, or responsibilities for this job.
