2nd Shift

Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

$20.00/hour

3rd Shift

Sunday-Thursday | 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

$21.00/hour

Weekend Shift

Friday-Saturday | 2:00 PM - 2:30 AM

Sunday | 12:00 PM - 12:30 AM

$21.00/hour

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assemble quick-release coupling components with precision and consistency
• Operate hand tools and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and functionality standards are met
• Package completed assemblies for shipment
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation using 5S principles
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities
• Meet daily production goals and performance expectations
• Support a positive, team-oriented, and safety-focused culture

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
