If you have 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting —whether as a Unit Manager, Nursing Supervisor, or ADON —we would be happy to speak with you. Responsibilities The ADON performs diverse duties to support quality resident care, including: Coordinating comprehensive nursing care Implementing specialized clinical procedures and programs Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers on departmental goals Ensuring compliance with operational policies and state and federal regulations Key Duties Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant resident care Participate in the nursing home survey process Oversee infection control and quality assurance initiatives Supervise, mentor, and train nursing staff Organize and support in-service education and training programs Requirements Active RN license 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting Strong team orientation and communication skills Infection Prevention experience preferred Experience training and educating staff Schedule Monday–Friday Alternating weekend on-call rotation Benefits Competitive pay Comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) About Empire Care Centers Empire Care Centers is a respected healthcare management group dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in the skilled nursing industry.
