Senior IT Service Desk Lead, 24/7 Operations

TekSynap

TekSynap in Washington, DC, is seeking an IT Service Center (ITSC) Manager for their CSES contract. This role is responsible for overseeing a high-volume, 24x7 help desk operation, focusing on customer interactions, ticket management, and process improvements to ensure top-tier service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess ITIL 4 certification and experience managing large service centers. U.S. Citizenship and a Secret clearance are mandatory.
