Director of Nursing (DON) A family-owned skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, supporting nursing staff, promoting regulatory compliance, and fostering a resident-centered culture focused on quality care. As the Director of Nursing, you will work collaboratively with the Administrator, interdisciplinary teams, and nursing staff to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes while cultivating a positive, supportive environment for both residents and employees.
