Sales Center Leader

What You Will Be Doing Build and maintain partnerships with sales team, support sales center Operational Sales Leader, and cover routes when needed. Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates - not from behind a desk - to keep/attain a World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices. Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace. Position Requirements 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales. At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others. Computer skills and proficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card. Consistent with United States Department of Transportation regulations, ability to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Benefits Salary Range: $66,600 - $86,600, annual bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits package, 401k & company match, on the job training with advancement opportunities.
