Are you ready to achieve great things with us?The Production Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining master production schedules and detailed weekly planning to ensure alignment of materials, labor, equipment, and timelines. This role manages work orders, production structures, and ERP/MRP systems while coordinating cross-functional activities to support efficient, on-time manufacturing operations.Key ActivitiesDevelop, maintain, and update master production schedules and detailed weekly planningCoordinate production sequencing, assembly timelines, and capacity planningCreate and maintain production structures, Bills of Resources (BORs), and MBGsEnsure alignment of materials, labor, and equipment with production requirementsRelease material requirements to Logistics and forecast materialization needsMonitor and resolve missing parts to prevent production delaysMaintain and update ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Infor) to ensure data accuracy and integrityConsolidate planning inputs from Production, Project Management, and CommissioningCommunicate schedule impacts and updates to key stakeholdersPrepare and distribute production schedules and reports for planning meetingsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to optimize scheduling, throughput, and efficiencyManage change processes and update assembly processes accordinglyMaintain master data, technical structures, and sales order/delivery schedulesAdminister timekeeping systems (Calitime), including clocks and task trackingQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and materialsCapacity Planning & Resource AllocationERP/MRP Systems (Infor or similar)Advanced Excel & Data AnalysisCross-Functional Collaboration & CommunicationSupply Chain & Logistics CoordinationProblem Solving & Process ImprovementAttention to Detail & Data IntegrityTime Management & Organizational SkillsChange Management & Process AdaptationContinuous Improvement MindsetQuality, Safety, and Compliance FocusWhat We OfferStadler US employee benefits package includes:Competitive Pay (yearly bonus potential)Low-cost, comprehensive Medical / Dental / Vision / Rx plans401(k) with employer match after 90 daysGenerous Paid Time Off / 9 Paid Holidays / Extended Paid HolidayPaid training / Career developmentTuition and training reimbursementPaid maternity and parental leaveCompany-paid life and disability insuranceReferral bonus program
