Paid Mentoring & Career Acceleration
- Training Pay: Earn $850 per week during 3 to 5 weeks of 1-on-1 OTR training with an experienced mentor.
- Orientation Pay: $300 paid out on your very first paycheck.
- Instant Upgrade: Jump straight to full solo mileage rates immediately upon finishing your training.
- Guaranteed Income: $1,000 weekly minimum pay guarantee for your first 90 days running solo.
- Entry Requirement: Open to recent CDL-A graduates with 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
Equipment & Driver Comfort
- Modern Fleet: Drive 2023 and newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680 models (all automatics).
- No Slip-Seating: Dedicated truck assigned to you—no sharing or swapping cabs.
- Rider & Pet Policy: Bring a family member or pet on the road with you once training is complete.
Pay & Financial Growth
- Tenure-Based Earnings: $1,200 to $1,800 average weekly pay as you build time on the account.
- Incentives & Extras: Ongoing performance bonus program plus $15 per stop.
Lanes & Dispatch Specs
- Operating Territory: 27 states (everything east of Denver, completely avoiding Northeast traffic and congestion).
- Weekly Miles: 1,800 to 2,200 miles per week.
- Freight Variety: Balanced mix of drop-and-hook, preloads, and live load/unload.
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Time: Home every 2 weeks (with flexibility to discuss alternate schedules).
- Shift Details: Day and night dispatches; weekend shifts expected, holidays open for discussion.
Hiring Requirements
- Valid Class-A CDL and active DOT Medical Card (Age 21+).
- Open to trainees, drivers with 6+ months solo experience, teams, and owner-operators.
- Clean MVR and background check; mandatory hair and urine drug tests.
