Host JOB SUMMARY: Serves as the first and last point of contact with guests, managing the flow of the restaurant while creating a welcoming environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet guests with enthusiasm.
- Manage waitlist and seating chart efficiently
- Communicate wait times clearly.
- Answer phones and assist with to-go orders .
- Take and confirm phone, online, and third party (Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc.) orders.
- Package food neatly and accurately following all packaging standards
- Manage curbside and front-of-house pickup.
- Handle cash and card payment transactions accurately and thank guests.
