Registered NurseWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing outpatient palliative care services. The role involves floating across multiple locations, allowing for a diverse range of experiences and opportunities to impact patient care positively.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide compassionate nursing care and support to patients in an outpatient palliative care setting.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.Conduct assessments, manage symptoms, and provide education to patients and their families.Utilize electronic health records for documentation and patient management.Float between various locations as required, including onsite and remote work.Schedule DetailsShift: 5 days a week, 8-hour days with variable start times.This role requires weekend availability with full scheduling flexibility.Travel will be required between different locations within the region.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of nursing experience in palliative care or a related field preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Valid MA state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification preferred.First-time travelers are welcome to apply.Additional InformationMaximum of 6 days of requested time off (RTO).Charting will be performed using Epic electronic health record system.Local candidates are encouraged to apply.If you are passionate about providing high-quality care in a palliative setting and meet the qualifications listed, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
