Senior Analyst, Market Insights (Hybrid)

Senior Analyst role within Stryker Medical focused on developing market insights and quantitative analysis to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include market sizing, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead market sizing, modeling, and forecasting across product categories and geographies
- Analyze market, competitor, customer, and industry data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain competitive landscapes and market share estimates using internal and external data
- Design and manage external market research engagements and vendor selection
- Partner with Marketing and stakeholders to translate market insights into strategic implications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years professional work experience
- 2+ years Microsoft Excel experience with complex dataset analysis and modeling
- MBA preferred
- Prior experience in market research, insights, strategy, finance, analytics, or consulting
- Experience with market sizing, forecasting, competitive intelligence, or financial modeling
- Data visualization or business intelligence tools like Power BI preferred
Compensation: $69,500–$144,200 USD annual (varies by location band)
