Registered Nurse (RN) - ER Emergency Room Pay: Negotiable Shift: 12 Hrs 6A (06:00) 1 x 12Hrs Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the ER Emergency Room team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is deal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care. Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary. Key Responsibilities / Job Requirements Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis and unit level Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care for patients Maintain competency of clinical staff under supervision Manage appropriate resources related to patient care Support nursing leadership in maintaining clinical standards and care quality Perform operating room registered nurse duties within the OR setting Adhere to facility policies and procedures for patient care delivery Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (state-specific) Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant ER Emergency Room experience preferred BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Continuing education and professional development support ATC Healthcare partners with healthcare organizations that are Equal Opportunity Employers.
