Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide advanced assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of acute and chronic wounds. In this role, you will perform comprehensive wound evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, perform debridement and other procedures, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams to optimize healing. You will educate patients and families on wound care, prevention, and self-management while documenting care thoroughly in the EMR. ECHN offers a compassionate, community-focused environment with strong support for professional growth, clinical autonomy, and multidisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
