Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw)Location: Kansas Employment Status: Full-Time Work Arrangement: Remote Annual Salary: $115,000–$120,000 With Full Benefits Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 Am–5:00 PmJob OverviewThe Remote Behavioral Health Clinician will manage a regular telehealth caseload and provide treatment from initial assessment through discharge planning. This role requires sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and consistent follow-through with documentation.Primary AccountabilitiesConduct comprehensive behavioral health assessmentsDiagnose conditions within the scope of licensureCreate and update individualized treatment plansProvide virtual psychotherapy to assigned clientsEvaluate progress toward clinical goalsDevelop safety plans when clinically appropriateMeet all documentation and confidentiality requirements
