This role requires sound clinical judgment, clear communication, and consistent follow-through with documentation.Primary AccountabilitiesConduct comprehensive behavioral health assessmentsDiagnose conditions within the scope of licensureCreate and update individualized treatment plansProvide virtual psychotherapy to assigned clientsEvaluate progress toward clinical goalsDevelop safety plans when clinically appropriateMeet all documentation and confidentiality requirements
