Sales Engineer – Aerospace and Defense

Advance CNC Machining – Grove City, Ohio

Salary: $80,000 base (+commission+bonus)

We are seeking an experienced  Sales Engineer who’s enjoyable to work with, and that can thoughtfully bring the aptitude, ownership, and proactivity needed to help our growing $20 million company keep up with rapidly rising demand.

At Advance CNC Machining, we specialize in producing high precision machined parts for customers from coast to coast including equipment manufacturers, food, drug and the aerospace and defense industries. What You'll Do

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll provide excellent communication and effectiveness– while modeling the accountability , commitment , and humility that define our culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate effectively and enjoyably with the sales and support teams
• Identify potential new Aerospace & Defense customers that are a good fit for our machining services

• Establish and maintain current and potential customer relationships
• Obtain initial and repeat orders for machined parts from customers
• Be available for travel to customer locations

Compensation package includes:

• 401k plan with a generous 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year
• 80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours.

• Technical experience in the machining and/or mechanical engineering industries
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and selling skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Strong written and verbal communication; effective listening skills
