Project Manager/Restoration Operation

Job Description
The Project Manager/Restoration Operation will oversee medium-sized teams of 6 to 15 members, managing both residential and commercial restoration projects. This role requires frequent travel, approximately 25-50%, and occasional client interaction. The manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while coordinating restoration operations effectively.

Responsibilities
Plan and organize restoration projects from inception to completion
Manage project budgets and ensure financial efficiency
Monitor progress and performance of team members and project milestones
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards
Coordinate and oversee restoration operations for residential and commercial sites

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in project management and risk management
Strong budgeting and financial oversight skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Effective problem-solving and time management skills
Competence in vendor management and quality control
