Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans that are responsive to patient needs and goals.

  • Guide patients and their families through the complexities of mental health diagnoses, providing insight into treatment options, potential outcomes, and medication management.

  • Advocate for patients within the mental health system, assisting them in navigating resources, support services, and their rights.

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
