American farmers have made tremendous technology advancements through hardware improvements and investments in precision agriculture. About the Role Seso’s modern platform provides employers with orders of magnitude increases in efficiency, while helping them stay compliant and communicate with their workforce. We’re looking for a senior Product Manager to own new initiatives for Seso’s HR Platform which serves as employer’s employee system of record and streamlines numerous workflows across collecting employee information, onboarding employees, and managing the employee lifecycle. The role has both a high level of autonomy and ownership. You will be responsible for facilitating business outcomes related to our HR platform. (Think working at high abstraction levels to solve key company business goals vs. solve a specific problem). Your team will be regularly shipping software which meaningfully improves the lives of our customers and farmworkers, and regularly interacting with customers across the country.
