We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds to make us stronger and ensure our team reflects the diversity of the businesses and communities we serve.As a personal banker, you will: • Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions. • Open new accounts, onboard new relationships, originate loans and lines, refer to partners to help meet additional needs. • Make out-of-office business development calls to businesses, community organizations, and referral sources. • Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations. • Reflect the core values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service.
