Head of Fund Operations - Credit Fund

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Xsolla is seeking a Head of Fund Operations to stand up and run the operating machinery of the Xsolla Credit Fund. You have taken a private fund from formation through first close before, and you know the full stack: structure and LPA work with counsel, service-provider selection, LP onboarding, capital calls, valuation policy, reporting, and audit readiness. This is a builder's mandate. You will design the fund's operating playbook, run it, and document it so the fund operates to institutional standards from day one — and mentor the junior operations hires who join as the fund scales. The role reports directly to Stan Rudoi, Chief Credit Officer and Head of the Xsolla Credit Fund.
